We've developed a new page in your HarmonySite, called the "Convention Hub", which is designed to be a "one-stop shop" starting point for all details about your historical conventions - regional, district, national, international, etc - and the contestants therein. It's main features are...
- List all conventions, and the contests (Chorus Final, Quartet Semi-final, Quartet Final, etc) in each one.
- List the contestants and their results in each contest of each convention. For each contestant, we track...
- How many on stage
- What 2 songs they sung
- Whether they were performing for evaluation only, or "for joy"
- Whether they were mic warmers
- Whether they withdrew or were disqualified
- Their total score
- Where they finished (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc)
- Their scores for each category (%)
- Sub-category placings
- Special awards
- etc
- Provide downloadable PDF scoresheets for each contest
- There's an "Online Evaluations" system, where your contest judges write up their evaluations for each contestant directly into the website, and the evals are emailed to each contestant.
- Add contestants to the system, in bulk, instead of adding them one at a time. You can also import them from a CSV file.

We don't currently have any screenshots of the "Online Evaluations" system.
You'll find a link to this new "Conventions" page at the bottom of your Admin Dashboard, in the left-hand column of links. Not all functionality is available without some configuration tweaks. If you are wanting to use this new system (or at least try it out), let me know and I'll make the configuration tweaks. For example, the "Online Evaluations" system is present in your HarmonySite, but needs to be enabled if you want it.
